| Forgings
Our forgings have optical finishes; the jewelry should
be stored in cloth bags or in a manner that prevents its surface
from being damaged. We recommend metal surfaces be cleaned occasionally
with a Luminex cloth to remove body oils.
Diamonds
To clean your diamonds prepare a solution with
1 part Dawn, 1 part ammonia and 2 parts boiling water. Move the
piece around in the solution and then run under hot water.
Tightening earring "ear nuts"
Ear nuts will loosen their
grip with time so you must re-tighten them if you ever feel they
do not have a strong hold on the ear wire. Place the ear nut flat
side down on a hard surface. With your thumb and index finger hold
the "curls" of the ear nut and squeeze the curls inward
and down.
